Community Needs Assessment
Every three years, the Community Action Partnership takes the initiative to assist with a comprehensive Community Needs Assessment in our various service areas. This assessment is specifically designed to identify and highlight gaps in essential services, infrastructure, support systems, and social inclusion within these communities.
We utilize this tool to determine the concerns that the citizens of our communities face and to prioritize the delivery of services in a more helpful and responsive manner. By doing so, we aim to better serve our residents and improve their overall quality of life.
