Court Ordered Community Service

The Court Ordered Community Service program is a crucial initiative that addresses the needs of individuals who are burdened with large court fines and potentially facing incarceration.

By providing you with an opportunity to give back to society, the program fosters a sense of accountability and helps you to make a positive impact on your community. There are various approved non-profit and public agencies where you will be able to engage in meaningful tasks that not only fulfill your court-mandated obligations, but can also provide you with valuable skills, meaningful experience, and a chance for personal growth.

Administration Fee

The Court Ordered Community Service program charges a small administrative fee. In order to alleviate the potential burden, we offer a fee structure that is mindful of financial constraints. CAP charges a nominal fee of $1 per workhour, up to a maximum $50. However, we also understand that even this nominal fee may be challenging please inquire with staff about options.
