Who We Are

The Five County Association of Government's Community Action Partnership (CAP) helps low-income households become self-sufficient by using funding and working with various partners. CAP assesses community needs, involves community members through volunteering, and provides assistance. The Five County Human Services Council oversees the program and ensures fair decision-making. If you want to join the board, contact Kimberly Cooper at kcooper@fivecounty.utah.gov. CAP is part of the Community Action Partnership of Utah and the National Community Action Partnership, which offer support to our agency.
