Five County Association of Governments (FCAOG) is implementing a community resource program in which Five County CAP clients will be offered case management. Case managers will help customers to apply for programs available to them from other funding sources in their area. Case management will occur in all five counties served by FCAOG - Beaver, Kane, Garfield, Iron, and Washington.
